About the Project
Following the recommendations of the master plan prepared by Tract for the revitalization of the City centre, the large retail area and city hall grounds were extensively redeveloped. Construction included road realignment, courtyard and gazebo, sidewalk enhancement, site furniture, pedestrian lighting, and landscape planting.
