About the Project
Utilizing the Benefits Based Approach, and in partnership with Professional Environmental Design Consultants, a very thorough assessment of recreation needs was completed for the City. The work involved extensive public consultation and a focus on identifying the real, versus perceived, recreation needs of the community. The final report included a physical plan, costing, partnerships and a ten year prioritized implementation plan. The report was extremely well received by the City.
