Corner Brook Leisure & Recreation Master Plan
The Leisure and Recreation Plan provided the Town of Corner Brook with a comprehensive set of recommendations, decision-making framework for the future provisions of parks and recreation facilities and services in the community. Tract Consulting provided the Town with strategic planning within three broad planning areas: indoor facility provision; outdoor facilities, parks and trails; and operations and services.
